Used to create File page infoboxes and auto-populate the Decorations and Obstacles. Only the first 3 parameters are typically required, the template is used by adding the following to any decoration page and changing values:

Creates an information box (a non-right-floating one) for use on Decoration (File) pages that summarizes its data, this data entry is necessary to auto-populate the Obstacles and Decorations pages/categories... though much of it defaults for event decorations.
