Buildings are structures {{i|Build|i}} in the game that often need to be purchased, built, and upgraded {{i|Upgrade|i|15}} to progress in the game. Some buildings are essential to unlock needed game features for Breeding, Hatching, Training and Battling Dragons, others offer practicality to the Trainers, such as the [[Gold Vault]], which allows the Trainers to collect the [[Gold]] from all Habitats at once, but is limited to Trainers with an active [[VIP Status]]. Other buildings deal with aesthetics, such as the [[Fountain of Youth]], which restores the baby form of any adult Dragon while allowing them to keep their enhancements, levels, and skills.

==Building Actions==
Some buildings, after being selected, have options for various actions:

* [[File:Upgrade Button.png|25px]] – To access upgrade options (if upgradable).
* [[File:Sell Button.png|25px]] – To sell the building (if sellable).
* [[File:Inventory Button.png|25px]] – To store the building in {{i|inventory|2}} (if eligible for storage).

==Obtaining==
Buying some buildings is done by accessing the [[Main Shop]], selecting the [[File:Food Gathering Event.png|25px]] ''Buildings'' tab, and selecting a building for purchase. Other buildings are available at game start, or by meeting certain prerequisites. 

==Upgrading==
Buildings that can be upgraded for [[Gold]] present an {{btn|sm|green|Upgrade}} button and {{btn|sm|green|Instant Upgrade {{sp}}{{sp}}{{i|Gems}}}}, the latter for instant upgraded in exchange [[Gems]]. Some other buildings are only upgradable with Gems, such as the [[Ancient Portal]] and some [[Habitats]].

* Store multiple objects in inventory by selecting them and tapping {{btn|sm|yellow|{{i|Inventory|i}}}} (eligible buildings/objects only). 

Dragging or tapping does not move objects in Edit Mode, the initial state is selection-only; instead, tapping the {{btn|sm|yellow|{{i|Move (Green)|i}}}} button enables dragging or tapping, the base of all objects turn green or grey indicating if there's enough placeable space to move the items to as a unit.
