Cake Craze (23/01/02)
From Dragon Mania Legends (DML) Wiki
|
Synopsis
For the duration of this event, five Quests will be offered to choose from and will award 1-3 ingredients needed for recipes. The ingredients that are given are randomly generated by the game, no ingredient is bound to a particular type of quest. These Quests can be trashed with a waiting time or immediately by pressing the Skip
button (if a Trainer wishes to pay the Gems cost to speed up the process). Each time the Ingredients for a Quest get collected, a new Quest becomes available after a waiting time of 6 hours or immediately by pressing the Skip
button.
Quests don't have to be activated before completion, they are fulfilled automatically when available if the required action is completed in a Trainer's game. Completed quests can be trashed if their ingredients are not desired by pressing the button at the bottom-left of each quest. Upon trashing a quest, the ingredient for the upcoming quest displays.
Ingredients[edit source | edit]
Each ingredient has rarity type indicated by a colored stripe above the ingredient. The rarity influences how often ingredients appear attached to quests to determine the difficulty level for obtaining ingredients. Ingredients of the same rarity have the same probability of appearing, though the distribution of these is random, and since there are few ingredients, there are higher odds of seeing repeat ingredients.

Viewing Ingredients[edit source | edit]
The ingredients that a Trainer currently has can be accessed by going to the Event screen and choosing the My Ingredients option. Returning to the recipes screen, from the ingredients screen, is done by clicking anywhere.
Recipes[edit source | edit]
Once the Trainer has enough ingredients to cook a recipe, pressing the Cook button will commence the preparation of the recipe, which takes 6 hours. Each recipe can be refreshed with a waiting time or immediately by pressing the Skip
button if a Trainer wishes to pay the Gems cost to speed up the process.
Missing Ingredients can be purchased in exchange for Gems, ranging from 25 to 40 Gems depending on the rarity.
Scoring[edit source | edit]
Once a recipe is finished, to receive points for it and to be able to start another recipe, the rewarded food must be claimed Claim , allowing the Trainer to progress with milestones. The claimed recipe is replaced by a new one immediately.
Recipe Types and Ingredients[edit source | edit]
Each recipe also has a different rarity and thus a different difficulty level, as well as ingredients required. The duration for completion is set at 6 hours. The recipes given are random. The more rare a recipe is, the more challenging it is to complete and the higher the points awarded for its completion.
Only the first two ingredients are set according to the recipe rarity, with the third ingredient being a random one of a neighboring or same rarity.
