The Bottomless Dungeon offers Trainers an opportunity to acquire a different Event-Only Dragon each week, referred to as the Bottomless Dungeon Guaranteed Dragon (BDGD). Acquiring the BDGD can be done by participating in the weekly Dragon Brawl, and working through the map to the multi-open (pink) Dungeon Chest located at the end of the Dungeon Map.These events typically start on Friday at 12:00 UTC and end the following Friday at 12:00 UTC

Obtaining the Guaranteed Dragon

Depending on the Trainer's luck, the BDGD can be won at any time between 1-15 chest openings of the final, multi-open Epic Dungeon Chest chest, though it is guaranteed only on the 15th opening. If the Trainer does not select the guaranteed Dragon in chest 15 when offered, it is offered on every subsequent chest open until it is selected, the guarantee count and other prizes are also not reset until it is selected. This configuration ensures the guaranteed Dragon cannot be unintentionally missed on the 15th open.

There is also a small chance to obtain the Guaranteed Dragon from another Dungeon Chest.

Additional Special Prizes

During some special Events there may be special prizes offered in pink Dungeon chests in addition to the Guaranteed Dragon. Special prizes are time-limited and typically include Special Event tickets, or Catch-up Dungeon Dragon Pieces for those same Events. When such prizes are offered, the existing Guaranteed Dragon mechanism is also retained, therefore if Trainers open 15 chests and do not claim the Guaranteed Dragon, the Dragon continues to appear until it is claimed blocking any special prizes from appearing. It is generally advised that Trainers claim the Dragon even if they already have it to reset the chances of obtaining other prizes (as well as the Guaranteed Dragon) in the next 15 chest opens.

Note: Duplicate Event-Only Dragons can be ascended for a Full Set of Enchantment Materials.

BDGD-Exclusive Dragons

Dungeon-Exclusive Dragons are Bottomless Dungeon Guaranteed Dragons (BDGD) that are exclusive to the dungeon meaning they can only be obtained during their week of appearance as the BDGD. They, differ from other BDGDs, which are available in other types of Events in addition to the BDGD.
