Description

The Body Shape of the Crusader Dragon is Upright. It has a burnt orange body with a charcoal gray scaled underbelly that resembles being covered in medieval armor. One large central and two smaller side frills extend from its head, with a pair of dark brown, lyre-shaped horns with three grooves etched on each. Its piercing blue eyes have a thick dark brown outline. A knightly visor with four thick slits sits atop its forehead, ready to be pulled down when going into battle. It is attached to the temples at the tips. The snout is triangular and pointy, while spikes extend behind the head, three on each side, including next to the horns. Surrounding the Dragon's neck is a copper collar with five black, rounded spikes. Metallic silver pauldrons, gauntlets, and greaves complete the armor. Its chest is protected by a red, cross-shaped plate. Four spiked ridges align its back and tail, with the tail ending in a devilish arrowhead. Each foot has three ridged, brown claws, while the hands have two each. The Dragon is based on a crusader, used to refer to any participant in a series of medieval Christian wars, the Crusades.
