Collect Dorbs.png

Trainers collect Dorbs Icon.png by performing various actions in order to receive five different items (Item - Beach Ball.png Item - Sand Bucket.png Item - Propeller Beanie.png Item - Toy Truck.png Item - ABC Blocks.png) from three different tubes. These items can be given to any of the four Dragons that appear on the screen as long as they match those that the particular Dragon wants. In order to fulfill a Dragon's happiness and therefore earn a point, the Trainer must deliver the exact items it asks for. Once a Dragon has received all the requested items, a new Dragon will appear.

If the Trainer does not have matching items for any of the Dragons, they can choose to trash all of them by selecting the    Trash All    Trash Icon.png button, an action that is free of charge, but will empty the tubes. Alternatively, the Trainer can opt to swap any of the current Dragons with another through the Refresh Icon.png button for the possibility of receiving a more convenient set of requested items. Refreshing is free, but will take 10 minutes unless the Trainer chooses to speed it up with Gems. Each tube holds up to three items and can be refilled by pressing the   Fill
120
button in exchange for Dorbs once they have been emptied. Only the items on the bottom part of the machine can be given to a Dragon, however, the items that come before them are visible, allowing the Trainer to plan ahead and strategize their delivery.

Giving items to Dragons earns points which add to the Trainer's total score. The Trainers are randomly placed in a group of 50 where the top Trainers will receive the main prize of the event and the rest will receive different Card Packs and other types of resources depending on their final score. A minimum score of 10 is needed to qualify for the grand prize, namely the leaderboard prize. The Trainers will also earn various reward by reaching the set milestones.

Tasks[edit source]

There are six different actions that can earn Dorbs. Each action can only give a maximum of 200 Dorbs Icon.png once every 6 hours for a total maximum of 1,200 Dorbs Icon.png per cycle. Dorbs are earned through collecting Gold (only when the Gold icon appears atop the Habitat), harvesting Food from the Farms, breeding Dragons, feeding Dragons, winning battles and catching flying creatures; more information on how to fulfill each task can be seen by pressing the i button.

Important Icon.png Dorbs obtained from food-collecting tasks are awarded upon collecting the Food and not planting it, whereas Dorbs acquired from breeding tasks are awarded upon selecting the Breed button inside the Breeding Den and not upon moving an egg to the Hatchery.

  1. These values are calculated based on perfect cycles, assuming that there is no loss of time in between re-planting Food. However, one must take into account that collecting and planting Food does consume a certain amount of time, which depends on the Trainer's speed, therefore, the amounts will vary (lower than shown).

Breed Dragons[edit source | edit]

The maximum amount of Dorbs that can be received from a task in this event is 200, thus, no higher number can be obtained. Any values over 200 are merely representative.

  1. Recommended Dragons indicate those Normally-Breedable Dragons with guaranteed combinations as well as Base Dragons that share the specified breeding time. It is suggested to breed these to obtain Dorbs Icon.png because there is at least one combination that will result only in the desired outcome, avoiding unwanted offspring with breeding times different than the one looked after.
  2. Other Dragons include all Normally-Breedable Dragons that share the specified breeding time with the exception of Dragons with guaranteed combinations and Base Dragons. Dragons with breeding times over 6 hours non-VIP are not shown, as obtaining them will award the maximum of 200 Dorbs Icon.png available for the task. They take longer to breed, but yield the same amount of Dorbs Icon.png as shorter options, making them a less efficient alternative.
