Description
The Body Shape of the Fluorescent Blue Dragon is Cobby. It has a dark gray body. Two horns jut out of its head, and each horn has three light-blue stripes that glow. The Dragon has thick, blue eyebrows, and light-blue eyes. Cyan, thick stripes are found behind its neck, on its arms, and on each of its six legs. Its lower jaw, belly, and tail are fluorescent blue. A matching, long plate with small, triangular ridges runs along the Dragon's back, and merges with the tail. Five light-blue spots are found on each side of the plate. Each of its gray wings has a claw protruding from the apex, along with a fluorescent blue membrane that droops, making it look like it is made of ooze. The Dragon has three black claws on each foot.

Obtaining
The Fluorescent Blue Dragon is an Event-Only Dragon which can be obtained most frequently through one or more of the various events within the realm of Dragolandia.
Once the Fluorescent Blue Dragon is obtained and then subsequently housed on an island, duplicate eggs can be purchased through the Dragon Codex in exchange for 4,099 
Gems.
