Description
The Body Shape of the Horn Dragon is Anserine. It has a blue body, speckled with confetti on the back and face while the chest and belly are a pastel green. The eyes are green and it has slitted nostrils. There is a velvety pink ribbon as well as a velvety orange ribbon around its neck and it is wearing a conical party hat. The webbing of the wings are the same shade of purple as its hair. The tail resembles a party horn and it has whitish-gray claws.

Obtaining
The Horn Dragon is an Event-Only Dragon which can be obtained most frequently through one or more of the various events within the realm of Dragolandia.
Once the Horn Dragon is obtained and then subsequently housed on an island, duplicate eggs can be purchased through the Dragon Codex in exchange for 2,016 
Gems.
Breeding for this Dragon takes 1 day and 6 hours while incubating and subsequently hatching the resultant egg takes 1 day and 10 hours. With an active VIP Status of Level 2 or higher, the breeding time is reduced to 1 day while the hatching time is reduced to 1 day, 3 hours and 12 minutes.
Limited Breeding
During the time the Horn Dragon is temporarily breedable, it can be bought in exchange for Gems without prior presence on the islands.
