Description
The body style of the Peacock Dragon is leonine. Its body consists of feathers mostly of a deep indigo hue, with some light blues and greens. The crest, spinal and tail feathers are bright green with indigo and cyan yellow-lined diamonds near the tip which greatly resemble the feathers of the peafowl peacock it is named after. The head is covered in indigo feathers that blend into a mass of cyan feathers on the forehead then to the bright green of the three crest feathers. On each side of the crest are two orange-brown horns, with two smaller stubs jutting out from its cheeks. Above its eye is a bright green eyebrow strip. It has an orange beak, highlighted at the base with bright purple, and a tongue of the same color. The wings consist of light green feathers and indigo wing bones. It has a purple underbelly and a ruff of dark teal feathers around its neck. Along the spine several small rounded feathers protrude, ending at its tail, which has a small fan of five feathers. The base of the tail feathers are indigo and have several bright green and white feathers clustered below them. There are several green feathers on its forelegs, hindlegs, and just underneath its heavily-shadowed navy blue eyes. The lower half of the legs are a dull brown and have bright orange scale plates with three short chocolate-brown nails on each foot.

Obtaining
The Peacock Dragon is a Reward-Exclusive Dragon which is awarded only once if the Trainer has completed the entire Dragons of the Deep collection of the Dragon Codex.
Once the Peacock Dragon is obtained and then subsequently housed on an island, duplicate eggs can be purchased through the Dragon Codex in exchange for 840 Gems.
Breeding for this Dragon takes 10 hours while incubating and subsequently hatching the resultant egg takes 16 hours. With an active VIP Status of Level 2 or higher, the breeding time is reduced to 8 hours while the hatching time is reduced to 12 hours and 48 minutes.
Limited Breeding
During the time the Peacock Dragon is temporarily breedable, it can be bought in exchange for Gems without prior presence on the islands.
