This template provides a shortcut to displaying an Achievement image by only the Achievement title as it is displayed on the Achievement (regardless of what the file name is). The resultant achievement image is 100px wide. Syntax: {{achievement|1|2|3}}.

| Achievement Name | 1 | Enter the name of the Achievement as it appears on the Achievement. | String | required |
| Tier | 2 | Enter the filled-in star (achievement tier) number. For example, the tier 1 achievement has one yellow star filled in. The tier 2 achievement has 2 yellow stars filled in. | Number | required |
| File extension letters | 3 | Enter the file extension (.png/.jpg) letters without the period (example: png). If you omit this 3rd parameter, it defaults to the Auto value below.
