This template, is both a surrogate (row formatting) template and a query template, though its primary use is as a sub-query, so it does not follow typical naming convention. This is also an intentionally unused template, it is used when specific Housekeeping tasks are needed.

Uses DPL3 to select Normally-Breedable Dragons for the given Elements (up to 3) and excludes non-supplied elements. The row entries generated are used by the {BreedingResults} template, in its table of DOTW/Limited Breeding results. This template formats its output using the surrogate {DragonTimesRow} template, which generates breeding and hatching times columns entries for the given Dragon.
