Calculates the breeding time in minutes for the elements (1-3) and types stated as type parameter, if Legendary+ only the type value is used, not the elements. The {{valElem}} template gets called with the elements and the type to get the values for "Breeding". This Template is used by the DragonBox template, to calculate the Breeding times (non-vip and vip) and the HatchingTime template.
