Example(s)
"{{CleanText| This is a Test (22/12/5) !}}" gives: "This_is_a_Test__22_12_5___"
"{{CleanText| Chang'e Dragon ?}}" gives: "Chang_e_Dragon__"
Replaces all non-Characters by "_". This is important for the Countdown.js, as it cannot deal with some characters and spaces. For reference see https://dpl3.miraheze.org/wiki/Dplreplace
