Returns the BORDER color code for the given event type {{{1|}}}, by calling {ColorCodes} template (that stores all color codes). E.g. Returns "93C1C2" if "Arcade" is entered for {{{1|}}}. Can be used in combination with the {evColor} template, and gets used itself by the {EventBox/ShadowColor} and {EventBox/BorderColor} template.
