Creates a list of numbered subpages when page content gets too long and needs pagination (TOD pages). Allows users to easily navigate between the parent and sub pages (if they exist). Subpages must be named numbers from 2-10 (e.g., PageName/2, PageName/3) for this template to work. Place an instance of this template at the top AND bottom of BOTH parent and sub page(s). When using at the bottom add the |right. Set {level} if the BASE page (linked by [1]) is already a sub-page.

Template parameters
