Note: Only Events whose pages have been created appear in the Calendar.

For bureaucrat use, creates a Cargo-based monthly calendar from event pages entered into the Cargo statement. Note: As new event page types are added, they won't appear in the calendar until added to the corresponding Cargo statement.
