Like most templates this one is multi-use, it is mostly used for possible issues, known issues, bugs, and other important notices that may need increased attention drawn to them (hence the colors used). This template also has override options that provide added flexibility of use beyond what is described, as is also typical, since documentation should be as brief as possible rather than exhaustive.

Creates a notice for potential issues, important notices, problems, and bugs generally to be used at the top of pages, or in page sections.
