Formats a row of Cargo table template output, and then reapplies it to each row. Is a Cargo formatting template for the {RecentDragons} template, then output a table of results; this template formats those results. Uses {Exists Linkless} to determine if a corresponding file page exists and if not, doesn't display that Dragon.
