Inserts a translatable, standard reply that a suggestion/question may be misplaced on the wiki, and should instead be directed to an official Gameloft channel. Used when users mistake the wiki as official when it is not, as it helps direct them to the correct place. Translate allows the user to select their preferred language (of the message) on Google Translate.
