Note: {{PAGENAME}} itself gives the page name without namespace, but would include file extension, this template trims that off.

Determines a file's title only, removing namespace (if the default, {{PAGENAME}} is used), and removes file extension of the given parameter. This template is primarily used by infobox and data-automation templates.
