Creates top milestones for use inside wikitable rows. Typically paired with {timeline} and {milestoneBottom} to create a scrolling set of milestones. Used primarily for Milestone Rewards Events. In source edit mode, there must be an empty table row "|" between each top milestone to space them appropriately if the bottom milestones have one milestone per row, and the top have one every other milestone.
