Reverting Edits

Hello Robo95, We appreciate your enthusiasm and interest in contributing to DML Wiki. While we understand your disagreement on which update Ra dragon was released, our staff has left a note explaining the reason behind this change. It is important, however, to communicate with them directly before attempting to revert their actions. Repeatedly reverting staff edits without proper discussion can lead to the suspension of your editing privileges. Thank you for understanding and please continue to contribute to our wiki. Best regards.Kartattack (talk) 07:44, 2 March 2024 (PST)
Yes, thanks Kart! To expand on reasoning, we go by game data (and in-game Dragon count, Gameloft-supplied images, and game data), not by Dragon appearance dates. Just because a Dragon first appeared during a different update number, doesn't mean it wasn't actually introduced to the game files and data in an earlier one. For example, we have "Apolloed Dragons" which are added to the in-game count, but they've never made an appearance; to reconcile the count for users, we still have to add an update introduction number.
TLDR: Dragon Codex overall count (max possible Dragons) is one of (many) reasons the update number must correspond to when they were introduced in the game data, images, etc., regardless of the update number of first in-game appearance. | -- CrystalClear -- (talk) 14:07, 2 March 2024 (PST)
