Creates an "Expand All" and "Collapse All" link based on the parameter(s) entered for the style suffix. A comma separated list may be fed to the template to declare more than one, as the {{ForEachNoTemplate|}} template is employed to prepend "mw-customtoggle-" to each value provided.
