Creates an Otto's Lotto table row, in template format. The data can be used by data extensions to determine how many times a Dragon has been featured in Otto's Lotto.

Template parameters

Parameter		Description	Type	Status
(month) 1	1 month	Enter the proper month name. Example May	String	required
(reward) 2	2 reward	Enter the reward(s) given, with wikitext formatting.	String	required
(interval) 3	3 interval	Add the interval, omitting the month after the first number (it's already in the first column), but enter the month for the last if it's a different month. Example 23 - 1 March	String	required
