Template:Obstacles-DPL3

Creates an auto-updating table of all Island obstacles, as long as each obstacles correctly uses the {{DecorationBox}} template on its File page.

Creates a DPL3 table of Obstacles for temporary use and conversion to static wikitext either via Special:ExpandTemplates, or "|debug=5", though the latter option may not work as expected.
