Generates the Leaderboard with the entered parameters. If the reward for the first places is a Dragon egg, use the {{{egg}}} parameter. Note: For food/gold amounts provided by GL, the highest tier / player level amount should be displayed, so multiply the base “scaleable” by 15 and entered that into the leaderboard table.
