The event took place during The Mysterious Jungle Tyrant Event series. Seasonal Treasure is a time-limited Milestones Rewards Event that increases the normal Ruin exploration rewards, once activated through an associated major event.
Mechanics
Seasonal Treasure, adds another set of milestone rewards. When Ruins are explored, any 
Ruin XP earned is added to the Seasonal Treasure event's milestone progress, in addition to the normal Ruin level XP count. Ruin XP continues to accumulate in this second milestones counter, until the event ends and XP accumulation behavior reverts to normal.
Event Activation
The event is activated by obtaining the Seasonal Buff item from whatever major event awards it. The Buff must be obtained from a major event's non-premium Milestone Rewards (for example, a Tyrant Island's Talisman Spending Milestone Event), at a particular milestone.
Seasonal Buff
The Seasonal Buff 
is a single-use item that activates on obtainment. This means it immediately begins the Seasonal Treasure event and the buff disappears.
Progress
A smaller Ruin XP progress bar appears at the top-left of the Ruins interface:
450/1000 – Displays the progress towards only the next milestone.- i – Displays the full set of event milestones.
Note: Tapping the mini progress bar or its i button, opens the Seasonal Treasure event window.
In the full event milestones, each milestone provides a reward and requires 1,000 Ruin XP to reach. Choosing higher ruin levels and exploration quest difficulty results in more points awarded, allowing the quest milestones to be reached faster. Exploring all ruins concurrently also maximizes points produced.
Milestones
On Computers, hold the Shift key while scrolling, to scroll → horizontally.
