Creates a link to a Dragon Codex collection's named anchor on the Dragon Codex page. To do that, the template prefixes the Dragon Codex name, and for the anchor, it converts the text entered to lowercase separated by dashes, following the format set on that page for linking to a section/collection's link anchors.
