Description
The Body Shape of Mr. Popsicle is Saurian. It has a light blue body with a deep sky blue underbelly. It is wearing a yellow chest and thigh plates with a light blue gem in the center of each along with what looks like a small yellow arm badge. There are gem formations, which are also deep sky blue in color, that run from the tip of the nose over the head and down the spine and tail. These gems all jut up through the skin giving it a cracked appearance and the tail is tipped with a cluster of these same gems.
Obtaining
Mr. Popsicle is a Boss Dragon which must be unlocked by defeating it, on Normal Mode, in Quest 5 at least one time. Once unlocked, it can only be purchased a single time from the Main Shop for 250 
Gems.
Incubating the purchased egg and then subsequently hatching it is an instant process.
