VIP Status

VIP Status VIP Status Icon.png is an elevated status that provides certain bonuses for the time the status remains is active. VIP Level 1 is free, while levels above that require spending real money to obtain Gems Icon.png Gems, which elevates VIP Level and its benefits when certain thresholds are met.


VIP Status must be active to receive its benefits. VIP Status is indicated by VIP Active Icon.png VIP Active or VIP Inactive Icon.png VIP Inactive at the top of the main screen. The status appears publicly on the Trainer's avatar in various in-game locations, if active. The status has different levels, indicated by the number in the middle of its icon, which also displays publicly, depending on VIP Settings. Those with an active VIP Status have a purple background on friend lists and various rankings, while those without have a dark gray background.


VIP Status is activated either by spending individual VIP Tickets Icon.png VIP Tickets, or by purchasing ticket packages. On the main screen, pressing the + next to an inactive VIP Inactive Icon.png status displays VIP Ticket Packages available for purchase using Gems Icon.png Gems. If VIP Status is already active, pressing the + button opens the VIP Benefits screen, where the Extend VIP button is pressed to access packages. Once activated, the time left until VIP Status Icon.png VIP Status ends immediately appears in the overall count VIP Active Icon.png24h+ Button.png at the top of the main screen. Seven days of free VIP Status is activated on the Trainer's first in-game purchase, using real money. The Get VIP Button.png Get VIP button displays on features that require VIP to use, such as the Gold Vault.

Benefits Interface

Pressing the VIP Benefits button (or the + button while VIP is activated) opens the VIP Benefits window. The left pane displays the benefits for the current VIP Level Icon.png VIP Level, and the right pane displays the benefits for the next levels. Pressing the Forward Icon.png or Back Icon.png buttons scrolls through the benefits. The checkbox allows the VIP Level to be shown Checkbox (Checked) Icon.png or hidden Checkbox Icon.png on leaderboards.

At the bottom is a VIP Level indicator, a progress bar and Gem count to the next VIP Level, another + button to buy Gems Icon.png Gems, a status (active with countdown or inactive), and either an Extend VIP button or Buy VIP Ticket button to change current the current status.

Additionally, after each Campaign Map or Bottomless Dungeon battle won, if VIP Status is not active, the  Buy VIP Ticket   button appears under the VIP chest, and pressing accesses the same interface as above.

VIP Levels

There are 20 VIP Levels Icon.png VIP Levels, and the only method to reach a higher level is by purchasing Gems Icon.png Gems in exchange for real currency. Once a VIP Level is obtained, it is permanent, regardless if the membership expires and is later renewed. Trainers can their VIP Level wherever their VIP Status is displayed to other Trainers (as noted above).

Only purchases of Gems count toward the VIP Level, whether they come from purchasing them directly or from the Clam, bundles, or other various in-game promotions.

Level Cost

Each level requires a minimum number of Gems to be purchased to reach that level from the previous one. For example, a VIP Level 3 Trainer needs to purchase 55 Gems Icon.png Gems to reach VIP Level 4, while the cumulative cost of Levels 1-4 is added together is 100 Gems.

  1. Does not apply to days with a Dragon as the prize.

  3. Option can be used even without an active VIP Status, as long as the Trainer's VIP Level is at least 11.
  4. There are 6 Dragons made available, at different levels, while VIP Status is active. Dragons unlocked on lower VIP Levels will remain unlocked as higher levels are reached. While available, they can be bred or purchased with Gems.

Time Conversion Table

When breeding or hatching a Dragon, the game displays only the first two highest units of time. Time can be converted to and from VIP Status time using one of the following formulas:

  • (VIP Hours * 60 + VIP Minutes) * 1.25 = Non VIP Minutes
  • (Non VIP Hours * 60 + Non VIP Minutes) * 0.8 = VIP Minutes
