Battle (System) (edit)	Discontinued the Clockwork Dungeon and introduced the Bottomless Dungeon.

Blue Dungeon Tokens (edit)	Discontinued.
Bottomless Dungeon (edit)	Introduction of the Bottomless (endless) Dungeon as replacement for the Clockwork Dungeon. Added Arena Gems as a chest prize.
Bottomless Dungeon Events (edit)	Introduced.
Breeding (edit)	Removed VIP Dragons and Token Dragons with permanent Breeding Tokens from the breeding pool if they had already been bred, meaning duplicates could be obtained in methods other than breeding.
Characters (edit)	Changed Otto to be the Bottomless Dungeon master, prior he was first encountered at the Clockwork Dungeon (discontinued) after winning Quest 44 (The Bob) in Normal Mode. He commanded an ancient submarine full of many dangers.
Clans (edit)	The Clockwork Dungeon was replaced by Bottomless Dungeon, thereby eliminating the Collect Dungeon Tokens quest and replacing it with the Collect KOs in the Dungeon quest.
Clockwork Dungeon (edit)	Discontinued the Clockwork Dungeon and introduced the Bottomless Dungeon.
Dragon Codex (edit)	Introduced three new collections: Brawling Dragons, Dungeon Crawlers, and Emerald Dragons.
Dragon Pieces (edit)	Introduced Otto's Card Pack.
Dungeon Shop (edit)	Introduced the Dungeon Shop as part of the Bottomless Dungeon.
Dungeon Tokens (edit)	Introduced, replaced Blue Dungeon Tokens.
Emerald Energy (edit)	Introduced.
Emerald Wars (edit)	Introduced. Also introduced Emerald Mines, Emeralds and Emerald Energy event components.
Habitats (edit)	Introduced Trainer Levels that increase the maximum Habitat capacity by 2 instead of 1.
In-Game Currency (edit)	Introduced Stepping Stones and yellow Dungeon Tokens to replace the blue ones.
Islands (edit)	Introduced Tycoon Island, consisting of: Dungeon Plateau, Otto's Grotto and Steam Fields islands as well as the Bottomless Dungeon.
Mystic Pasture (edit)	Changed dungeon tasks to occur in Bottomless Dungeon when Clockwork Dungeon was discontinued, and changed the Clockwork Dungeon image to that of the Bottomless Dungeon.
Obstacles (edit)	Introduced new obstacles as part of Tycoon Island, which consists of: Dungeon Plateau, Otto's Grotto and Steam Fields islands.
Player Level (edit)	Increased maximum Trainer Level to 160. Made Player Levels 110, 115, 120, 125, 130, 135, 140, 145, 150 and 155 each raise the habitat limit by 2, raising the maximum number of Habitats to 170.
Revitalization Tokens (edit)	Introduced.
Stepping Stones (edit)	Introduced.
VIP Dragons (edit)	Removed VIP Dragons from the pool of breedable dragons once bred.
