SUGGESTION

Make sure to first read the Dragon Article Model as it outlines the process for creating articles.

DragonBox complex, this means reading it thoroughly might be tedious. Because of this, we recommend picking a Dragon with the same obtainment method from this category's subcategories and then copying its page content and adapting it to create a similar Dragon, the necessary parameters are already selected.

The DragonBox template generates 50% to 100% of Dragon page content, it uses parameters, parameter values, and templates to declare a Dragon's characteristics and the color of the box itself on Dragon pages.

Visit MediaWiki Templates and the Manual of Style for a general understanding of how MediaWiki templates work. If the explanation below is unclear or insufficient, or to suggest modifications, feel free to contact the maintainers of this template, namely Soukupmi.

Calling a template on a page is done by adding the template name between double curly braces: {{DragonBox}}. Note, the term "base value" is used here to represent the stats, characteristics, and attributes a Dragon has at Level 1. These values display on the Base Codex Entry of Dragons housed on islands and not of those just hatched or in the Hatchery.

Parameters

Parameters produce different content depending on their given value. To use a parameter, add it to the template on a new line after a | symbol (e.g., |description). To assign a value to the parameter, add the equals sign = after it, then the desired value (e.g., |description=My description). Note that parameter names and their values are determined by wiki Staff and are usually case-sensitive. See the examples.

"Accepted Values" are values a parameter will respond to, while "Automatic Values" are those automatically used without being specified, unless given a different value when specified, or overridden by other parameters.

  • Most of the time, Legendary dragons are $99.99 USD.
  • Requires other parameters for Dragons that cost real money, Athena Dragon can be used for copy/paste (changing USD and gems/duplicates cost):
